PG and B. Tech. Students are informed to note the following regarding issue of books:

Membership of those students will be suspended who will not return due books of library - See Notice Board for due books. Get your membership continue/revoked after returning due books.
GENERAL SECTION: Books will be issued from this section as per following schedule:

BOOK BANK: SC/ST Students category,who are interested to get books out of book bank should apply for books after forming a group of two and they will be issued one set of books as per govt. norms. Last date: 05-09-2022	28-08-2023 & 29-08-2023	2.00 pm	Form download from library web page library.gndec.ac.in under download
Book Bank Section against Tickets: on the following dates and same books can be re-issued after an expiry of 30 days. During these days no book will be issued from General Section

MEMBERSHIP OF LIBRARY: Newly admitted Ist yr B. Tech. Leet, PG students only to collect membership cards from library. filled Cards along with latest colour ticket size photograph submit in the library after entering your data in library membership form at link www.library.gndec.ac.in/notice board. Without entering data,no membership card will be accepted. Membership to 1st yr B.Tech only .

Membership will be started on 01-09-2023 will be provided on spot.

2.00 pm onward

Last date for membership is 15-10-2023

Bring your Identity Card with you. Every student is come in person to get the book issued.
