As per direction of Punjab Govt. College will be closed for students for till further order. Online study is continue. Students are advised to note that books are being issued to students but no-issue is not allowed from 1.4.2021. This service will be resumed when college will be open for students for offline study. No fine will be charged for this period.

MEMBERSHIP
MEMBERSHIP WILL BE GIVEN TO STUDENTS WHEN WE GET ROLL NUMBERS FROM ACADEMIC BRANCH. AS ADMISSION PROCESS WILL CONTINUE END OF NOVEMBER,2020 . IN FIRST WEEK OF DECEMBER,2020 WE WILL TRY TO ENROL MEMBERSHIP. KINDLY REFER CENTRAL LIBRARY WEB PAGE (library.gndec.ac.in) UNDER NOTICE BOARD/LIBRARY BLOG.
SITTING IN CENTRAL LIBRARY
IT IS CLARIFY THAT WHEN COLLEGE WILL BE OPENED OFFICIALLY THEN STUDENTS CAN SIT IN MAIN READING HALL NEAR MAIN GATE. THEY CAN READ FROM THEIR OWN BOOKS IN THIS SECTION BUT LIBRARY SERVICES WILL BE GIVEN TO THEM AFTER ENROLMENT OF MEMBERSHIP.
IN OTHER AREA OF LIBRARY, PRIVATE BOOKS ARE NOT ALLOWED. STUDENTS CAN PICK UP OF REQUIRED BOOKS FROM BOOKS SHELVES AND READ IT THERE AND WHEN THEY WANT TO GO OUT, KEEP THESE BOOKS ON TABLE ONLY. DO NOT TRY TO REPLACE BOOK ON RACKS .
